These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LucraMed website (lucramed.com) and the financial coaching services provided by Jenny Janjua / LucraMed ("LucraMed," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LucraMed provides financial coaching and college planning navigation services, including but not limited to debt management guidance, goal-setting support, financial time management, and college funding/timeline coaching (the "Services"). LucraMed is not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney, and nothing on this website or provided through our Services constitutes personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to helping you achieve your financial and college-planning goals, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including admissions decisions, financial aid awards, or financial results. Individual results vary based on your circumstances and actions.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By submitting your mobile phone number through our website forms or otherwise providing consent, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from LucraMed related to appointment scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and information about our Services.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use our Services.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

  • Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments

Fees for coaching packages are disclosed prior to purchase. Payment plans, where offered, will be outlined in a separate agreement. All sales are subject to the refund policy communicated to you at the time of purchase.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided as part of our Services, is the property of LucraMed and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucraMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
